Delete your account
You can delete your Livedrp account at any time. Here's how, and what happens to your data.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open Livedrp and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
This is the fastest route and needs no waiting on us.
Already uninstalled the app?
You don't need to reinstall. Email dawn@livedrp.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Livedrp account”.
We'll confirm it's really you, delete the account, and email you when it's done — within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted we remove:
- Your profile and login details;
- Your saved venues, followed artists, and taste preferences;
- Your Wall posts, photos, and videos;
- Your notification settings and any device push tokens;
- Any venue or artist profile you own, if you are its only owner.
What we may keep, and why
A small amount of information may be retained after deletion:
- Records we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records for a subscription you purchased;
- Moderation records where an account was banned for abuse, so the ban cannot simply be reset by re-registering;
- Aggregated, anonymous statistics that can no longer identify you;
- Backups, which are overwritten on their normal cycle.

Cancel a subscription first
Deleting your Livedrp account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple. If you subscribed inside the iOS app, cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. If we invoice you directly, email us and we'll cancel it.
