When you use Livedrp (the mobile app or the website at livedrp.app), we may collect the following information:

Livedrp uses your device's GPS location only while the app is open ("when in use"). We request "when in use" permission only — we do not request "always on" background location access.

Your precise location is never stored permanently, never sold, and never shared with advertisers. Location data is used in real time to generate your feed and is discarded after each session.
You can disable location access at any time in your device settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Livedrp). The app remains usable without location, though distance-based features will not work.
Livedrp may request access to your camera or photo library if you choose to post a photo to a venue wall. This is an optional VIP feature.
Livedrp may send push notifications to your device for:
Push notifications require your permission. You will be prompted to allow notifications the first time a notification-triggering action occurs. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings (Settings → Notifications → Livedrp) or within the app under Profile → Notification Settings.
We use Expo Push and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) / Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) to deliver notifications. Your push token is stored on our servers solely to route notifications to your device.
When you follow or save a venue or artist, Livedrp prompts you to create a lightweight account using Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google. This one-tap sign-in creates your account without a password.
When you use Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google, we receive only:
We do not receive your Apple ID password, your Google password, payment information, contacts, or any other data from your Apple or Google account. Authentication is handled entirely by Apple and Google — we never see or store your credentials.
Livedrp offers optional paid features for fans (VIP subscription) and venue owners (Venue Premium subscription).
Fan VIP subscriptions (in-app purchase via the App Store or Google Play) are processed entirely by Apple or Google. Livedrp does not receive or store your credit card number or payment credentials. Apple and Google's privacy policies govern how your payment information is handled.
Venue Premium subscriptions are billed directly via Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment data. Livedrp stores only your subscription status and renewal date — never your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
The Livedrp website (livedrp.app) uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on page, and general geographic region. IP addresses are anonymized.
Google Analytics uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser. These cookies do not contain personal information and are not used to identify you individually.

Livedrp is intended for users 13 years of age and older. Venue owners and artists must be 18 or older to claim a venue or create a professional profile — we require date of birth confirmation during the claiming process.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at dawn@livedrp.app and we will delete it promptly.

If you subscribed to Venue Premium or Fan VIP, cancelling your subscription is separate from deleting your account. Cancel your subscription first through the App Store, Google Play, or your account settings, then delete your account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of Livedrp after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
